Daitem – Mains Free Wireless Alarm System
The Daitem system is a mains free wireless alarm system. Thats Right it that doesn’t need mains power, at all!
We use this system with Optex external PIR’s and Beams to protect scaffolds and construction sites. This was our first ever “Site-Guard” and still remains one of our most popular products.
Its ability to function with out mains power for up to 5 years makes it one of a kind.
A typical installation would be:
Control Panel, GSM Signaling Unit, External Siren/Strobe, 4 x PIR’s or 2 x Beams and 2 x remote controls to arm and disarm the system with. All control equipment is mounted inside waterproof enclosures with scaffold type clamps on the back. This makes installation very quick.
In the event of an alarm, the external siren will sound for a short time and system will make a voice call to up to 6 numbers, this might be your key holders or guard/response company.
Setting and un-setting is done via a remote controlled key fob. You simply stand outside the protected area and press the arm button on the remote, the siren will then squawk for a split second and the strobe will flash. This confirms that the system is set. To unset, simply press the disarm button on the key fob and the siren will make a different squawk noise and flash the strobe to confirm unset.
